My Order Info

How do I change quantities or cancel an item?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom left side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Has my order shipped and how do I track it?

We make every effort to process your order rapidly. In stock merchandise orders leave our San Diego, CA warehouse in 1 - 2 business days. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom left side of our site to check your order's status. You will receive a shipment confirmation email (with tracking information) when your order has shipped.

International Customers, the US Post Office does not offer tracking with USPS First Class International Mail delivery. International tracking is only available for Canadian customers through USPS Priority Mail Canada.

When Will The Sleeve I Want Be Back in Stock? Request to be notified!

If the product you want is currently out of stock and you would like to be notified by email when it's available, click to REQUEST TO BE NOTIFIED! We will add you to the Back In Stock Notification newsletter. BTW, you can unsubscribe at any time.

We also post product and inventory updates on our which we encourage all of our customers to join.

My order never arrived. What next?

Click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom left side of our site to track your order status. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If the shipping company is unable to locate your package and assist you, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

You will find a comment on your packing slip for any back ordered items. We will contact you to discuss your options for the backordered item(s). If there's no comment on the packing slip, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

How much is sales tax?

Sales Tax? You only have to pay the 8% sales tax if your shipping address is in California.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom left side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "CONTINUE" below the side that says "NEW CUSTOMERS".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Be sure not to enter special characters for your name or address. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

What are my payment options?

Credit Cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Be sure not to enter special characters for your name or address.

Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. Our secure server encrypts all submitted information!

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom left side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Once your order ships, orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days. Alaska and Hawaii orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. This offer does not apply to international orders.

How Much Much Shipping Cost?

We offer affordable shipping options (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and FPO/APO, International) that are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

International Delivery Duties & Customs:

Once your package has been given to the shipper, the International customer assumes all responsibility for shipping. Complete package t racking is not available for international orders. Tat2X.com does not calculate duties and taxes for orders shipping outside the U.S. Duties and taxes, if imposed on your order; are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Tat2X, LLC). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

When Will My Order Ship?

We make every effort to process your order rapidly. In stock merchandise orders usually ship within 1 business day from our San Diego, California warehouse. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom left side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped and tracking information will typically be available within 24-48 hours of shipment.

NOTE: Tat2X, LLC can not assume responsibility for UPS, USPS or Fedex shipping delivery times. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tat2X Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of new (unworn/unwashed) or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Tat Skin Concealer, Aftercare products and opened rolls of Tat Skin Tape are non-returnable. Refunds do not include shipping costs and are adjusted for any discount codes used.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please enclose the original packing slip with your item(s) and the reason for your return. Once we receive the return item we’ll refund your credit card.

When Will My Refund Be Processed?

It will take your bank 3 to 5 business days to process your refund after we have processed your return.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing of your refund once we receive your returned item(s). Any refund will be applied to the credit card you used to make your original purchase.

We strongly urge our customers to spend time looking at the sizing information on each product page. Tat2X does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange or return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to send us the return item and place a NEW order for the item(s) you would like instead. We will credit your account once the return has been received. Another option is a direct exchange which may take us longer to process for you. Direct exchanges are only allowed for products of equal value. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item back to you. Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. Ink Armor sleeves are labeled with a universal size (i.e.. F ARM ML / F LEG XSS), since our sleeves are designed to be used for both interchangeably (ie. medium/large arm sleeve is the same as a x-small leg sleeve).

How do you wash Ink Armor?

Taking care of your Ink Armor sleeve couldn't be easier! Just machine or hand wash cold, lay flat and air dry. Do not put in dryer. Ink Armor sleeves will air dry quickly because of the fabric blend we use. Proper care of your sleeve will help it maintain its appearance and its elasticity.

Tat Skin Buyer's Guide

Tips for the best Tape adhesion

1. Skin Prep: Your skin should be clean and dry. Completely remove lotion, dirt, oils or excess hair (rubbing alcohol works well). If in humid climate, apply tape indoors to ensure moisture does not interfere with adhesive while it sets. Clip excessive hair to 1/8 long for better adhesion.

2. Time Prep: Apply Tat Skin at least 30 minutes before athletic activity or showering. An hour is optimal.

3. Round All Corners: When cutting Tat Skin make round cuts. Round corners stay on skin longer and reduce fraying of the tape.

4. Remove Backer Paper: Rip the paper on the back of Tat Skin to remove for application. Only remove as needed for application dont touch the sticky side of the Tat Skin tape.

5. Tat Skin Placement: Apply directly to skin (not on other pieces of Tat Skin tape) for stronger and longer lasting applications. Hold down the Tat Skin in place for approximately 10-15 seconds.

6. Activate Adhesive: Use the waxy side of the backer paper to rub vigorously around all areas of the Tat Skin tape. Heat created from this friction rub activates the adhesive.

Tips for best Concealer results

Step One: Cleanse

First things first, you'll want to cleanse the area. Our Tat Skin Botanical Cleanser is a great mild foaming solution that's made with natural ingredients that are perfect for prepping your skin.

Step Two: Moisturize

Apply our Tat Skin Moisturizer to ensure a smooth concealer application. Work it into your skin thoroughly and allow to dry.

Step Three: Apply Concealer

Apply Tat Skin Concealer over your tattoo using our Tat Skin Detail Brush. To get maximum coverage with minimal hassle, you can also "press" the concealer on with a small makeup sponge (don't lift it), rock the sponge gently back and forth. This will evenly apply our concealer onto your skin. You can also use our Tat Skin Blending Brush to fade our concealer around the edges of your tattoo. Let the concealer dry completely before applying additional layers. Reapply as needed using the "Rock and Roll" technique outlined above to achieve complete coverage.
